We wanted to buy a house in 2020 but being first time buyers we were lost in the realty world. Finding Ray was very amazing for several reasons; he is very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and without jargon, very professional, truly cares about what his clients desire and not about the money, he follows whatever criteria you ask for a house, if you want it he gives you the honest truth, and is the best when it comes to negotiating in a seller's market. In 2020, we were not ready to buy yet and Ray never complained and understood so in 2021 we decided to use him again since we were ready. In a seller's market things get rather competitive so you need a realtor that is on the ball and does not drop it, fast moving, and always searching for possibilities. The biggest bonus is Ray works on knowing his clients to the point that you feel he is reading your thoughts. Ray is patient, honest, funny, and great. If you are lost in this realty world and have already gone through bad experiences with bad realtors you need to hire Ray he de-stresses the realty world. So, don't wait and hire him!
